Our last day at Sandals Ochi was the perfect mix of peaceful views, a little Bond-style airport trivia, and one epic mission: finding a fountain Diet Coke during my Miami layover (spoiler—it was a success). Our “day off” at Sandals Ochi was anything but boring—from a catamaran excursion and poolside drinks to a dreamy White Night dinner under the stars. I even finally got my rice fix (don’t judge me).
